Recent Work
Below are some of our recent projects.
ChanceryGreen is supporting Ian Gordon (Barrister) to progress Mangawhai Central Ltd’s Mangawhai Central development. This is a large-scale mixed use development of a 128ha site in Mangawhai, a coastal settlement north of Auckland.
ChanceryGreen assisted Refining NZ to obtain all necessary resource consents to authorise a major coastal dredging project in the Whangarei harbour channel entrance. The project was carefully designed in order to allow more heavily laden tankers to safely access the Marsden Point terminal, increasing efficiency and improving navigation.
Jason Welsh and Steve Mutch acted for Tilt Renewables (now Mercury) in respect of its coastal Waipipi Wind Farm in Taranaki. Resource consents were granted for all 48 turbines sought. Construction of the wind farm began in November 2019, with the wind farm becoming fully operational in 2021.
