We have considerable experience advising clients on a range of fast-track consenting applications (both referrals and listed projects) and on fast-track legislative reform. Chris Simmons has chaired two fast-track expert consenting panels, including under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024. We have also assisted panels by providing decision-writing services for multiple fast-track projects; and have acted as independent facilitators for dozens of expert conferences.
